Trade customers only

This catalogue is intended for businesses buying at wholesale. Trade accounts are granted at our discretion following review of the business details you provide, and we may decline, suspend or withdraw an account where those details cannot be verified or where these terms are breached.

This is not a webshop

There is no cart, checkout or online payment. Adding items builds an inquiry list, which you send to our team. An inquiry is a request for a quotation — it is not an order, it does not reserve stock or production capacity, and nothing is charged when you send it.

A binding contract of sale is formed only when we issue a quotation or order confirmation and you accept it in writing.

Pricing

Prices are visible only to approved trade accounts and are exclusive of VAT, freight, duties and any local taxes unless stated otherwise. Catalogue prices are indicative: the price that applies to your order is the one set out in your quotation.

We may change catalogue pricing at any time. Changes do not affect quotations already issued and accepted within their stated validity period.

Minimum quantities and made-to-order production

Many pieces carry a minimum order quantity, shown on the product. Because collections are produced on demand rather than held as retail stock, production is scheduled in runs and lead times are confirmed on your quotation.

Product information

Handcrafted goods vary. Dimensions, weights, colours and finishes are given in good faith as close approximations, and natural variation in materials, grain, weave and tone is a characteristic of the product rather than a defect. Photography is indicative and may differ from the delivered item.

Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms, freight charges and transit times are agreed per order — see our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes on delivery; title passes once the goods have been paid for in full.

Returns

Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery and follow the process on our Returns & Refunds page. Made-to-order items supplied as specified are not returnable.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Wholesale pricing is confidential and is provided for use within your business — it may not be republished or shared with third parties.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, copy, and the JF Direct Sourcing name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. Approved trade partners may use product imagery and descriptions to market the goods they have purchased from us; any other use requires our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, contracts or opening dates.
