Registration is self-serve — choose "Become a Partner", and your account is created instantly. Some pricing may be held until your trade details are verified.
Is there a minimum order?+−
Many pieces are made to order with a minimum quantity, noted on each product. Because production is on demand, we scale from a single boutique to a full multi-site rollout.
Is JF Direct Sourcing a webshop?+−
No. It is a direct sourcing catalogue. There is no cart, checkout, or online payment. You build an Inquiry List and send it to our team, who reply with final pricing, availability and lead times.
How do I see prices?+−
Anyone can browse the full catalogue, but pricing is reserved for approved trade accounts. Guests see "Login to view prices"; once your account is approved, wholesale pricing becomes visible across the catalogue. While your application is under review, prices stay hidden until approval.
What are your lead times?+−
Most collections ship in 6–8 weeks, though this varies by piece and volume. Exact lead times are confirmed on your inquiry.
What happens after I send an inquiry?+−
Our sourcing team receives your selection and replies — usually within two working days — with a formal quote covering pricing, availability, lead time and logistics. An inquiry is not an order.
