Shipping & Delivery

How wholesale consignments are produced, consolidated and delivered to trade partners.

How we ship

  • Freight is quoted per order based on volume and destination once your bulk order is confirmed.
  • Wholesale orders are scheduled in production runs, not dispatched as single retail parcels.
  • Consolidated container and pallet shipping is arranged for trade accounts.
  • A dedicated account manager coordinates each bulk shipment end to end.

Lead times

Most collections ship in 6–8 weeks, though this varies by piece and by volume. Because production is made to order, your exact lead time is confirmed on your quotation rather than estimated at the point of inquiry.

Where an order spans several collections, we will tell you whether it is scheduled as a single consolidated shipment or released in production runs.

Destinations

We deliver to trade partners across Europe and beyond. Share your project location in your inquiry and we will confirm logistics, transit times and any destination-specific requirements.

Freight, duties & taxes

Freight is quoted per order once volume and destination are known — it is not included in catalogue pricing. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party unless agreed otherwise in writing on your quotation.

Receiving a delivery

Pallet and container deliveries require suitable access and someone available to receive and check the consignment. Please inspect goods on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing — see our Returns & Refunds page for what to do next.
