See what happens after submitting an inquiry until final delivery.
An inquiry is a request for a quotation — it is not an order, and nothing is charged when you send it. Our sourcing team replies with formal pricing, availability and lead times, usually within two working days. Production is scheduled once you accept the quotation in writing.
