1 Shipping
1.1 How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

In theory, any order placed before 11h is processed the very same day. Nevertheless the preparation and processing time of an order may take longer according to articles, and require between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation, from that moment, you can take into account the times given by the transporters.

1.2 How are my parcels packed?

All our parcels are packed with special care. We use sustainable packaging methods from renewable resources to create little waste. Our filling material is 100% natural and recyclable, made from vegetable starch, which offers the best protection for your products. The fiber pallets are pressed from waste wood. The green stretch and bubble wrap we use are 80% recyclable.

Although our most fragile objects, such as terracotta and mirrors, are packed with special care, it might occur that during transport some of the goods are damaged. In case you receive any damaged items we ask you to contact us asap in order to guarantee a money refund or replacement.

1.3 What are the delivery times?

Depending on your country and ordered items your order should arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

1.4 What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the ordered articles, in order to ensure you as fair a cost as possible. For each order, we indicate the exact amount of the delivery costs once you have selected the address of delivery and the means of transport, before the confirmation of your order.

1.5 How can i track the delivery of my order?

Once the order is dispatched you will receive a track and trace code from the transport company.

1.6 What do i do if something is missing or damaged from my parcel?

If you experience any delivery problems with your order, please contact us asap through our [email protected].

2 Returns
2.1 Who pays for the return shipping costs?

Shipping costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsiblity and will be refunded in case of damaged, faulty or incorrect supplied goods.

2.2 Which is the deadline for returning an item?

As a customer you have a legal right to reject product(s) in certain circumstances: damage, uncomplete order, …  if so, you shall notify Jungle Fish within 7 days after reception of the goods and specify the intention and reason of this return. Once we have given you a return approval, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 15 days.

3.1 Which payment methods are accepted by Jungle Fish?

Jungle Fish allows you to pay online by bank card: Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and IDeal

4.1 How realistic are the pictures and product descriptions?

We don’t want to disappoint our customers. To avoid unpleasant surprises, all our products are photographed in detail from many angles. We guarantee our best efforts to describe each object as accurately as possible (dimensions, materials, colors...). We make our best effort to be faithful to the reality of our goods, so that you do have a clear idea of each item that is proposed. But please do remember all our items are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in size and color are thereby possible.
